The Bessensap 2019 is a large Dutch NWO (Dutch Research Council) event that gathers around 350 journalists, press officers and researchers to network and exchange knowledge on the latest developments in science. This year’s theme was ‘Popularization of Science’. Our colleague, Jinne Geelen, talked about our work at the NeuroCIMT project and its implications to the quality of life of individuals with locked-in syndrome.
