The Neuroscience Program Fernando Lopes da Silva is a selective exchange Master thesis Program between Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon and the University Medical Center of Utrecht for students of academic excellence.

The Program was initiated in honor of Professor Fernando Lopes da Silva, his outstanding accomplishments and his dedication to the academic community in the fields of Neuroscience and Biomedical Engineering.
