Biography

Anouck has a BSc in Psychology from Leiden University and a MSc in Neuroscience from Utrecht University. She is currently a PhD student in the ‘Speak without Talking’ project, where she investigates whether silently spoken words can be detected and discriminated from the face area of the sensorimotor cortex, using electrocorticography (ECoG). She is also involved in the Utrecht NeuroProthesis project, where she visits the candidates at home to conduct training sessions.
